Dwight H. Purdue
Vice President Operations
Mr. Purdue has been with HPMG since 2000. He is responsible for the "day to
day" operations of the organization, as well as the regional development
strategy. This includes resource and capital management, as well as the
coordination of the property management divisions expansion. On the
development end, Mr. Purdue is responsible for expansion of services into
new markets. Mr. Purdue is a graduate of University of Florida.

Kimberly Smith has served as Vice President- Human Resources since September
2004. She is responsible for all of HPMG's Human Resources functions. Ms.
Smith began her career at HPMG
in 1999 in Human Resources. Ms. Smith received a B.A. from Elon University.
Jonathan O. Vanguard, Jr
Vice President of Public Relations
Mr. Vanguard was recently promoted to Vice President of Public Relations.
Mr. Vanguard will oversee media relations, research, community relations,
client relations, public affairs, print and electronic press, industry
relations, financial relations, special events, development/fundraising,
marketing communications, crisis and special speaking engagements. Mr.
Vanguard is highly articulate, stresses judgment and is an analytical
thinker. As Public Relations director, he has worked with major news
organizations including the New York Times, LA Times, The Washington Post,
Boston Globe, International Herald Tribune, Associated Press, Hartford
Courant, ABC, NBC, CBS and CNN. He has served as PR consultant to numerous
fortune 500 firms throughout the United States and Asia. Mr. Vanguard is a
graduate of Iona College.

Ms. Orosey is Property Manager for Select Key Holder's® Fairfield & Litchfield County, CT service area. In her capacity as Property Manager, Ms Orosey handles day to day operations including supervising a key holder staff and servicing clientele. Marge Ann Orosey has been with Harbor Property Management Group since 2000 in positions of increasing responsibility. Including the international division where she developed key business relationships with executives from Goldman Sachs, General Electric, Morgan Stanley and IBM to mention a few.

James V. Severine III is Chief of Security of Select Key Holder's® Residential Estate Management. He has been with the company since 1999 in positions of increasing responsibility. His core function is to develop security strategies to maintain the highest integrity of the properties that Select Key Holder's® manages. Mr. Severine regularly appears on FOX News Channel, ABC & CBS as an expert commentator on security topics. He is regularly quoted in print. He heads training for a team of security managers who are designated to conduct residential surveillance and property management in Connecticut, New York and New Jersey. Mr. Severine is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), He holds licensing from the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). Mr. Severine is a graduate of Fordham University.
