Margaret J. Orosz is President and Chief Executive Officer of Harbor Property Management Group and Select Key Holder’s. Ms. Orosz was appointed to this position on January 02, 2006. Previously she served as Senior Vice President of Enterprise Operations.

Ms. Orosz began her career in 1994 in New York, New York quickly becoming a respected architect primarily in the commercial field. She has held a series of leadership positions in increasing responsibility during her career at Harbor Property Management Group and Select Key Holder’s, including vice president of IT, And vice president of operations. Ms. Orosz also played a key role in the launch and development of Harbor Property Management Group’s key holder division, building the most recognized service of its kind in the tri-state area, rising her to senior vice president within the company.

Before that, Ms. Orosz served as Project Manager for major Architectural firms in Connecticut and New York, where she was appointed to write and develop technical tutorials for two major corporate divisions. She managed substantial staffs; she was responsible for major municipal and retail architectural projects including court houses, public and private schools and major national retail chains throughout the Atlantic and Pacific Coasts of the United States. Prior to that, Ms. Orosz was appointed Vice President and Managing Partner of Spring Street Investors and its other entities in Hartford, CT.

Ms. Orosz is a member of the American Institute of Architects, A.I.A. She is a native of New York City. A lifetime advocate of the importance of quality education, Ms. Orosz has dedicated her time to tutoring children with learning disabilities, specifically in the area of mathematics, linguistics and information systems. She speaks fluent Hungarian.

Ms. Orosz is a graduate of Pratt Institute School of Architecture, where she holds a 5-Year Bachelor’s of Architecture degree.

Mr. Purdue has been with HPMG since 2000. He is responsible for the "day to day" operations of the organization, as well as the regional development strategy. This includes resource and capital management, as well as the coordination of the property management divisions expansion. On the development end, Mr. Purdue is responsible for expansion of services into new markets. Mr. Purdue is a graduate of University of Florida.

As Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Harbor Property Management Group, Jan Wong Lee sets the sales culture for HPMG. and oversees advertising, public relations and interactive marketing. Before joining HPMG, Lee served as vice president for Smith & Haley Property Management, where she was responsible for marketing 168 residential units. Ms. Lee is a graduate of Auburn University.

As Vice President of Sales, Patricia Sloan Clarke is responsible for defining the strategies and driving the sales performance for Harbor Property Management Group divisions. She manages a staff that is responsible for new business development and contacting and cultivating fortune 500 corporate accounts. In addition, she oversees the company's regional account office in Connecticut and New York and business travel initiatives. Ms. Clarke has over 7 years in the residential property management industry. She started in HPMG's commercial division when she joined the company in 1999. Ms. Clarke is a graduate of the University of Connecticut.

Kimberly Smith has served as Vice President- Human Resources since September 2004. She is responsible for all of HPMG's Human Resources functions. Ms. Smith began her career at HPMG in 1999 as a Sales Representative. Smith has held several management positions in the sales organization including division manager for
Connecticut. Ms. Smith received a B.A. from Elon University.

Mr. Vanguard was recently promoted to Vice President of Public Relations. Mr. Vanguard will oversee media relations, research, community relations, client relations, public affairs, print and electronic press, industry relations, financial relations, special events, development/fundraising, marketing communications, crisis and special speaking engagements. Mr. Vanguard is highly articulate, stresses judgment and is an analytical thinker. As Public Relations director, he has worked with major news organizations including the New York Times, LA Times, The Washington Post, Boston Globe, International Herald Tribune, Associated Press, Hartford Courant, ABC, NBC, CBS and CNN. He has served as PR consultant to numerous fortune 500 firms throughout the United States and Asia. Mr. Vanguard is a graduate of Iona College.

Mr. Silverin is Property Manager for Select Key Holder’s, LLC Shoreline Connecticut & New Haven County service area. In his capacity as Property Manager, Mr. Silverin handles day to day operations including supervising a key holder staff, and servicing clientele. He has been with Harbor Property Management Group, LLC since 2005. Jay N. Silverin has been in residential property management since 1992 in Connecticut and Rhode Island .

Ms Orosey is Property Manager for Select Key Holder’s, LLC Fairfield & Litchfield County, CT service area. In her capacity as Property Manager, Ms Orosey handles day to day operations including supervising a key holder staff and servicing clientele. Marge Ann Orosey has been with Harbor Property Management Group, LLC since 2000 in positions of increasing responsibility. Including the international division where she developed key business relationships with executives from Goldman Sachs, General Electric, Morgan Stanley and IBM to mention a few.

Mr. Goldman is Property Manager for Select Key Holder’s, LLC New York City & The Hampton’s, NY service area. In his capacity as Property Manager, Mr. Goldman handles day to day operations including supervising a key holder staff and servicing clientele. S. Roger Goldman, Jr. has been with Harbor Property Management Group, LLC since 2003 in positions of increasing responsibility. Mr. Goldman is regarded as a consummate professional by industry leaders. He will manage mainly high and ultra high net worth clientele properties ion Central Park West, Park Avenue, Fifth Avenue, Madison Avenue and SoHo.

Mr. Spears is Property Manager for Select Key Holder’s, LLC Westchester County, NY service area. In his capacity as Property Manager, Mr. Spears handles day to day operations including supervising a key holder staff and servicing clientele. James V. Spears, III. has been with Harbor Property Management Group since 1994 in positions of increasing responsibility. He has been apart of the New York & Connecticut real estate landscape for nearly twenty-years. He started his career at Beasley Real Estate in Connecticut in 1977

James V. Severine III is Chief of Security of Harbor Property Management Group, LLC and Select Key Holder’s. He has been with the company since 1999 in positions of increasing responsibility. His core function is to develop security strategies to maintain the integrity of the properties that Select Key Holder’s manages. He heads training for a team of key holder managers who are designated to conduct residential surveillance in Connecticut and New York and New Jersey. Prior to this, Mr. Severine was vice president of security for Loyalty Property Management Group, a planned residential community development in Hartford, CT.

Mr. Severine has held a number of key leadership positions during his career at Harbor Property Management Group, including creating the international client relations division, where a team consulted with expatriate and repatriate American, Japanese, Korean, German and Canadian corporate executives on relocation matters. This was preceded by a career in the pharmaceutical industry at GlaxoWellcome Pharmaceutical where he began as Editor-in-Chief and held positions of increasing responsibility.

Mr. Severine is an active member and volunteer of the American Red Cross in Greenwich, CT and an active member and volunteer of the Connecticut Chapter of the United Way in Greenwich, CT. He served as a member of the Hundred Club of Connecticut from 1989 to 1997.

A native of Woodbridge, Connecticut Mr. Severine is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), passed his Connecticut real estate licensing exam in 1993 at Yale University in New Haven, CT and holds licensing from the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). Mr. Severine is a graduate of Fordham University where he earned a degree in Business Administration.
